CVE-2026-1738 1 Open5gs 1 Open5gs 2026-04-18 5.3 Medium
A flaw has been found in Open5GS up to 2.7.6. The impacted element is the function sgwc_tunnel_add of the file /src/sgwc/context.c of the component SGWC. Executing a manipulation of the argument pdr can lead to reachable assertion. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. It is advisable to implement a patch to correct this issue. The issue report is flagged as already-fixed.
CVE-2026-23067 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/io-pgtable-arm: fix size_t signedness bug in unmap path __arm_lpae_unmap() returns size_t but was returning -ENOENT (negative error code) when encountering an unmapped PTE. Since size_t is unsigned, -ENOENT (typically -2) becomes a huge positive value (0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFE on 64-bit systems). This corrupted value propagates through the call chain: __arm_lpae_unmap() returns -ENOENT as size_t -> arm_lpae_unmap_pages() returns it -> __iommu_unmap() adds it to iova address -> iommu_pgsize() triggers BUG_ON due to corrupted iova This can cause IOVA address overflow in __iommu_unmap() loop and trigger BUG_ON in iommu_pgsize() from invalid address alignment. Fix by returning 0 instead of -ENOENT. The WARN_ON already signals the error condition, and returning 0 (meaning "nothing unmapped") is the correct semantic for size_t return type. This matches the behavior of other io-pgtable implementations (io-pgtable-arm-v7s, io-pgtable-dart) which return 0 on error conditions.
CVE-2026-2523 1 Open5gs 1 Open5gs 2026-04-18 5.3 Medium
A vulnerability was detected in Open5GS up to 2.7.6. The affected element is the function smf_gn_handle_create_pdp_context_request of the file /src/smf/gn-handler.c of the component SMF. The manipulation results in reachable assertion. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
CVE-2026-22990 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: replace overzealous BUG_ON in osdmap_apply_incremental() If the osdmap is (maliciously) corrupted such that the incremental osdmap epoch is different from what is expected, there is no need to BUG. Instead, just declare the incremental osdmap to be invalid.

A security vulnerability has been detected in Open5GS up to 2.7.6. Impacted is the function sgwc_s11_handle_create_indirect_data_forwarding_tunnel_request of the file /src/sgwc/s11-handler.c of the component SGWC. Such manipulation leads to reachable assertion. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. A patch should be applied to remediate this issue. The issue report is flagged as already-fixed.
CVE-2026-23991 1 Theupdateframework 1 Go-tuf 2026-04-18 5.9 Medium
go-tuf is a Go implementation of The Update Framework (TUF). Starting in version 2.0.0 and prior to version 2.3.1, if the TUF repository (or any of its mirrors) returns invalid TUF metadata JSON (valid JSON but not well formed TUF metadata), the client will panic during parsing, causing a denial of service. The panic happens before any signature is validated. This means that a compromised repository/mirror/cache can DoS clients without having access to any signing key. Version 2.3.1 fixes the issue. No known workarounds are available.
CVE-2026-1737 1 Open5gs 1 Open5gs 2026-04-18 5.3 Medium
A vulnerability was detected in Open5GS up to 2.7.6. The affected element is the function sgwc_s5c_handle_create_bearer_request of the file /src/sgwc/s5c-handler.c of the component CreateBearerRequest Handler. Performing a manipulation results in reachable assertion. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit is now public and may be used. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. The issue report is flagged as already-fixed.
CVE-2026-20401 1 Mediatek 20 Mt2735, Mt6833, Mt6853 and 17 more 2026-04-18 6.5 Medium
In Modem, there is a possible system crash due to an uncaught exception. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01738310; Issue ID: MSV-5933.
CVE-2026-25610 1 Mongodb 1 Mongodb 2026-04-17 6.5 Medium
An authorized user may trigger a server crash by running a $geoNear pipeline with certain invalid index hints.
CVE-2026-27623 2 Lfprojects, Valkey-io 2 Valkey, Valkey 2026-04-17 7.5 High
Valkey is a distributed key-value database. Starting in version 9.0.0 and prior to version 9.0.3, a malicious actor with network access to Valkey can cause the system to abort by triggering an assertion. When processing incoming requests, the Valkey system does not properly reset the networking state after processing an empty request. A malicious actor can then send a request that the server incorrectly identifies as breaking server side invariants, which results in the server shutting down. Version 9.0.3 fixes the issue. As an additional mitigation, properly isolate Valkey deployments so that only trusted users have access.
CVE-2026-34069 1 Nimiq 1 Core-rs-albatross 2026-04-17 5.3 Medium
nimiq/core-rs-albatross is a Rust implementation of the Nimiq Proof-of-Stake protocol based on the Albatross consensus algorithm. In versions 1.2.2 and below, an unauthenticated p2p peer can cause the RequestMacroChain message handler task to panic. Sending a RequestMacroChain message where the first locator hash on the victim’s main chain is a micro block hash (not a macro block hash) causes said panic. The RequestMacroChain::handle handler selects the locator based only on "is on main chain", then calls get_macro_blocks() and panics via .unwrap() when the selected hash is not a macro block (BlockchainError::BlockIsNotMacro). This issue has been fixed in version 1.3.0.
CVE-2026-27015 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-04-17 6.5 Medium
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to version 3.23.0, a missing bounds check in `smartcard_unpack_read_size_align()` (`libfreerdp/utils/smartcard_pack.c:1703`) allows a malicious RDP server to crash the FreeRDP client via a reachable `WINPR_ASSERT` → `abort()`. The crash occurs in upstream builds where `WITH_VERBOSE_WINPR_ASSERT=ON` (default in FreeRDP 3.22.0 / current WinPR CMake defaults). Smartcard redirection must be explicitly enabled by the user (e.g., `xfreerdp /smartcard`; `/smartcard-logon` implies `/smartcard`). Version 3.23.0 fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-27809 2 Psd-tools, Psd-tools Project 2 Psd-tools, Psd-tools 2026-04-17 9.1 Critical
psd-tools is a Python package for working with Adobe Photoshop PSD files. Prior to version 1.12.2, when a PSD file contains malformed RLE-compressed image data (e.g. a literal run that extends past the expected row size), decode_rle() raises ValueError which propagated all the way to the user, crashing psd.composite() and psd-tools export. decompress() already had a fallback that replaces failed channels with black pixels when result is None, but it never triggered because the ValueError from decode_rle() was not caught. The fix in version 1.12.2 wraps the decode_rle() call in a try/except so the existing fallback handles the error gracefully.
CVE-2026-23238 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-17 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: romfs: check sb_set_blocksize() return value romfs_fill_super() ignores the return value of sb_set_blocksize(), which can fail if the requested block size is incompatible with the block device's configuration. This can be triggered by setting a loop device's block size larger than PAGE_SIZE using ioctl(LOOP_SET_BLOCK_SIZE, 32768), then mounting a romfs filesystem on that device. When sb_set_blocksize(sb, ROMBSIZE) is called with ROMBSIZE=4096 but the device has logical_block_size=32768, bdev_validate_blocksize() fails because the requested size is smaller than the device's logical block size. sb_set_blocksize() returns 0 (failure), but romfs ignores this and continues mounting. The superblock's block size remains at the device's logical block size (32768). Later, when sb_bread() attempts I/O with this oversized block size, it triggers a kernel BUG in folio_set_bh(): kernel BUG at fs/buffer.c:1582! BUG_ON(size > PAGE_SIZE); Fix by checking the return value of sb_set_blocksize() and failing the mount with -EINVAL if it returns 0.
